I am writing this letter/email to express my deepest appreciation for one of your employees, Karen Boyce; as well as to thank you for your business. I have owned my own business for seventeen years and I know the struggles of business and the challenge to find and keep good employees.
It has been my experience that you have an amazing employee in Karen. She has been extremely professional, prompt, attentive and kind. She was able to respond to my questions without hesitation and had me listed in less than 24 hours following several email correspondences.
From the email train and times listed, she works all hours, including late hours, which on this end as a consumer was incredibly useful and appreciated. From the hours she keeps and the dedication she demonstrated, I thought for sure this was her business. (I would have bet my house on it, no pun intended).
I have thanked Karen for her great work and assistance in a previous email, however I also wanted to reach out to you. I believe business owners too often get the complaints so I wanted to share some positive feedback and gratitude. (I am sure you are aware of the gem you have in her, but it is always good to get a reminder).
I had researched many online MLS services and was prepared for a struggle. Instead, I experienced ease, reassurance and gratitude. I will be recommending your company completely.
I am looking forward to selling this house ASAP as it was intended to be the new location of my physical therapy practice, however the conversion to commercial grade medical was too costly! (This house is also zoned B1 commercial). However, I did not see a place on the MLS forms to market that. I will send Karen an email and check out that possibility. Nonetheless, Karen is the first truly positive experience I have had with this property.
