Before my photographer mentioned RealMart.com, I had not heard of this company. I am very happy that I decided to try RealMart out. They were able to post the listing of my home on the MLS about a day after I completed the required forms. The next day, I received my first offer and a couple of days later, I accepted the best of several offers. Karen at RealMart was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. I am convinced that RealMart saved me many thousands of dollars since I did not have to pay a listing agent's commission, other than the couple of hundred that I paid RealMart. I did not want to post to Zillow because I am dissatisfied with them. I thought that they would pick up the current pictures, but they did not. I did not really care, because having my home on the MLS is what made the difference.

I had researched many online MLS services and was prepared for a struggle. Instead, I experienced ease, reassurance and gratitude. I will be recommending your company completely.
I am looking forward to selling this house ASAP as it was intended to be the new location of my physical therapy practice, however the conversion to commercial grade medical was too costly! (This house is also zoned B1 commercial). However, I did not see a place on the MLS forms to market that. I will send Karen an email and check out that possibility. Nonetheless, Karen is the first truly positive experience I have had with this property.

We used Jack as our MLS listing agent. All of our interaction was online which was extremely convenient. When we requested any changes to our listing the response was immediate. His team also recommended changing the initial photo for the front of the house which proved useful. Once we used his service to be placed on the local MLS our house sold in four months which is below the average time of six months in our area. We would highly recommend his services. With your advise, not only did I save 3% commission, I feel I was able to sell it with high confidence without having to pay the added expense of a traditional listing broker. I was able to track the number of views I was getting on Zillow and Trulia and was able to tell that I was getting as many views as the best listing brokers in my area. Also important is the fact that NJ has the 1% tax over $1M, so I knew that $999K was where I would likely end up (which is exactly what happened), so saving the extra $30K was helpful. Jack, we love working with you guys! You've always been top notch in customer service. I think there's a reason why you have an A+ rating, and it's that type of service we did not get from the traditional broker who listed our home for 6 months. She had "SOLD" signs in my neighborhood, I called and she told me how many home she "SOLD". She listed me on the MLS and I was not able to speak to her directly again. I was referred to you by a friend, I learned that the homes that were "SOLD" are not by the listing borker, rather a buyer agent in my town. Sometimes I wonder how the listing agents justify making 3% commission and doing nothing more than taking some photos in my home.
